- System & Device Logs: Technical log data (such as IP addresses and device info) is stored temporarily for security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention purposes, and is automatically deleted or anonymized within 90 days.

Please note that some transaction logs or support communications may be retained for longer periods to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
